Document Exchange With Next Generation Document Exchange
IP Dynamics implements the tamper-proof exchange of documents in the IPD Now Cloud with the OfficeMaster Suite from Ferrari electronic. It connects the existing email system with various communication channels such as Next Generation Document Exchange (NGDX), SMS, or voicemail to create an intelligent and secure unified communications solution. This way, the classic communication fax is also brought into the cloud. Documents are received in the original, encrypted, end-to-end, and, above all, legally secure as a PDF in the recipient’s email inbox.
The IPD Now Cloud is operated in two redundantly designed data centres in the greater Hamburg area. It also meets all legal requirements of the GDPR. To prevent content from being read or intercepted, Ferrari electronic relies on an interplay of asymmetric and symmetric encryption when transferring documents, which encodes both the paper and its transport route. This means document transfer via the OfficeMaster Suite also meets the highest security standards.
